What is Bulletproof Coffee?

Bulletproof coffee is a high-fat, low-carbohydrate coffee drink that was created by entrepreneur Dave Asprey. It is made with three simple ingredients: high-quality coffee, grass-fed butter, and MCT oil. This combination provides a host of health benefits, including improved mental clarity and concentration, increased energy levels, and reduced cravings. The fat in bulletproof coffee also helps to keep you feeling full and satisfied throughout the morning.

What are the Benefits of Bulletproof Coffee?

The health benefits of bulletproof coffee are numerous. Firstly, the caffeine from the coffee can help to improve mental clarity and concentration. Secondly, the high-fat content helps to keep you feeling full and satisfied throughout the morning, which can help to reduce cravings for unhealthy snacks. Thirdly, the MCT oil in bulletproof coffee can help to increase energy levels and boost your metabolism. Finally, the grass-fed butter provides important nutrients such as vitamin K2 and CLA, which are beneficial for overall health.

I alternate between my bulletproof coffee recipe and bulletproof matcha recipe (which is essentially the same but with Matcha instead of coffee) — but either way, I have to start my day with this delicious, filling and nutrient rich way to get sustained energy and healthy fats in your diet.
