While many keto dieters and influencers favor chicken thighs in their dishes for the higher fat content and I do use them often, I actually prefer cooking my keto dishes with chicken breast, mainly because I can control the kids of fat I add to ensure the quality rather than relying on chicken fat, which isn’t really great nutritionally and doesn’t really taste great.
