  • 2 packages Miracle Noodles I use the Angel Hair version
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8-10 cloves grated garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener I prefer Swerve
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  • Begin by preparing the Miracle Noodles. Rinse them thoroughly under cold water for a few minutes using a strainer. Ensure they are well-drained and set them aside.
  • In a saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add your finely grated garlic, chopped green onions, a bay leaf, coconut aminos, sweetener, and a pinch of salt. Stir well to combine.
  • Let this aromatic mixture simmer for a few minutes until it starts to thicken.
  • Transfer the sauce to a separate bowl.
  • Now, it’s time to cook the Miracle Noodles. Place them in the same pan and sauté them for a few minutes. This step helps remove any excess moisture.
  • Reintroduce the sauce to the pan with the sautéed Miracle Noodles. Continue to sauté over medium heat for about three to four minutes, ensuring the noodles are evenly coated with the garlic sauce.
  • Plate your Garlic Miracle Noodles, and for that final touch, sprinkle some more chopped green onions on top.
