It’s Christmas Eve and I’ve been cooking up our Christmas Eve dinner which is a family tradition: rib roast with an insane number of sides (most of which are low carb and sugar-free, but so delicious no one is the wiser!) plus my famous Keto Caramel Cheesecake. And, of course, no holiday is complete without festive cocktails, and I’m serving up three low carb cocktails this Christmas — one of which has become a runaway hit among my friends and colleagues.

Each of these low carb holiday cocktails pack festive flavors while keeping the sugar and carbs at bay. And the current favorite – the Kombucha Gimlet – also adds some gut-friendly benefits to boot!

Quick note: I typically make low carb / sugar free simple syrup at home, however I recently tried Lakanto’s Monkfruit-based Simple Syrup and it’s become a staple in my bar!

I hope you all have a wonderful holiday and enjoy these low carb cocktail recipes!
